Currently, We’re seeking qualified sales representatives to help us sell ShuleSoft services that most schools have grown to rely on. The sales representative will have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and the ability to showcase our software products in a compelling way. Often tasked with direct sales (personal sales), giving presentations, attending events, and attending trade shows when occurred. it’s essential that our sales representative be personable and professional.

Key Responsibilities
  • Present company’s products and services, starting with a deep and comprehensive understanding of them and following with a direct sales
  • To do sales research and prospecting future clients
  • Generate leads and build relationships with potential clients, planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets
  • Develop and implement territory action plan through comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales strategies based on interactions and results obtained in the field
  • Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
  • Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities
  • Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage the sales cycle to close new business in all service categories offered
  • Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct ShuleSoft demos and relay objection handling
  • Prepare professional reports, proposals, booking packages, and other documentation as required for executive-level presentations on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential clients, often utilizing ShuleSoft demos and presentations
  • Coordinate with other sales reps to ensure company quotas and standards are being met, performing market research and regular competitor monitoring
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential client to meet their needs

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Sales or related fields
  • 1-5 years experience in sales within ICT services, financial services OR other service based
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with sales management software and CRM (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
  • Ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • Ability to travel and attend customer events
  • Highly motivated, target driven with a proven track record in sales
