REPORTS TO: FINANCE MANAGER
DUTY STATION: DAR ES SALAAM.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
prepare journal entries
complete general ledger operations
monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements
reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts
draw up monthly financial reports
prepare analysis of accounts as requested
To deal with year-end closings
administer accounts receivable and accounts payable
prepare tax computations and returns
prepare budgets and forecasts
monitor and resolve bank issues including fee anomalies and check differences
review and process expense reports
preparation and coordination of the audit process
implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures
Should be of high integrity.
Decisive and confident and result oriented
Leadership and coaching skills
Ability to work independently and to work under pressure
Able to meet set deadlines and should be result oriented.
Revenue and cost conscious.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE
Graduate in Accounting/Finance/Business Related degree.
CPA (T) will be added advantage.
2 years’ experience.
Has good analytical skills
