POSITION: Service Centre Technician
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any IT related field
- From 3 years experience in related field in technical help desk team.
- Strong troubleshooting skills & demonstrated abilities to diagnose&analyse software issues.
- Experienced with quality&performance monitoring process.
- Serve as a single first point of contact for the customer&system users for solution service & support.
- Coordination with the field service&support & IT support teams to ensure that all correctibe maintenance are fulfilled.
- Ensure internal & external SLA’ s are met
- Management of work on incidents, problems and change requests.
- Manage solutions-related trainings for the customer & taxpayer system users.
